Easter Day at The Races 4.12.9
This time at The Races it fell on Easter Sunday. We had many new racers and a new Champ! Randy won it this weekend.

The Race Up, First Heat

I moved into Matt Arrows apt in Lolita. It's seven floor walk up. Couple of weeks ago I timed my self running up the seven flights. I got 33.3 seconds. With a bag, just smoked, and tight pants. I told Matt over the phone to race up as well. He's the champ he's lived in apt for two years. His first run he got 24.3 seconds. Today was the first official day race up. Saloman Anaya was timed on Sunday the 5th of April. He got 28.4 seconds. We all were on the same page as far as what is the best way to get up to the top. Everyone who has race up unofficially gave notes and added different elements over the races up. I'm most interested in the evolution and development of the race up. From the first run up to the latest race.

Sex, Fucking, And Making Love
I heard this in the film Kids by Larry Clark. (this is not word for word by any means)
There is three types of sex.
Sex is when you do it just to have sex, very boring.
Making love is nice and real.
And Fucking is just straight FUCKING.
I only can make love or have drunk sex. The kind where there is no feelings or "real emotion" It's pure passion and fucking.
Making love with a girl is amazing, it's real emotion and connection. To where afterwards you can't move and your body is quavering but you feel like your floating on sex air.
...But now is not that time.

Sky Train To JKF To LAX
This was my first time leaving New York back to LA when I still lived there after the Community Shorts Film Festival. I got back to LA very down and having post New York Stress. The flight was one of the worst flights I've ever taken. Did not looking forward to going back, I told myself I'd take care of a bunch of things, save money and move to New York in one year. I did it in two months.
